Our typical turnaround time is approximately three business days.
This package focuses on your professional profile (brand) and the beginning of your application process as we address a potential employer through a cover letter. We will work through your resume first and then transfer all of that great information over to your LinkedIn profile. Then when you are ready to apply we will write up to two connected and professional cover letters.
We also provide access to our team for one full year to adjust your resume, cover letter(s), and LinkedIn to ensure the desired success is achieved.
+ Our simple, 5-step resume process:
First, one of our talented and experienced analysts will reach out to you via email to get the ball rolling. We need something to aim for. A resume MUST be tailored to the specific job you are looking for. So the first step is to identify where you want to go. Most clients send us links to 3-5 job descriptions that they have interest in. We use these job descriptions to tailor your resume.
Second, we want to see what you have already put together. Send us your resume in whatever condition it is in currently.
Third, (and most important), we get together on the phone or video conference to walk through our experience. We want to know everything we can about you professionally. This consultation usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. We are good at asking the right questions to extract all of the goodness we can out of you.
Fourth, we take all of the information we gathered from you and we go to work writing, adjusting, and formatting your resume.
Fifth, we love to collaborate with you. We will show you our progress to make sure we are on the same page during the writing process. Once both sides are satisfied the documents are delivered via email.
